I upgraded from a 9800 non-pro to the X800XL and my framerates doubled for Dungeons & Dragons Online, plus I'm able to run at higher quality settings. Your PSU should be fine as long as you're not running a lot of drives in your PC.

I also have one & can recommend it highly. Even on "high" I can barely hear it, & it keeps the card nice & cool. It won't cool the ram, though -- you'll want to buy some lower-profile BGA ram heatsinks for that. I'd recommend copper heatsinks for ram. Make sure you don't have any big capacitors...
