Question Looking for a gpu for budget build, 1080p monitor, light gaming, need help!

RX 5500XT is probably the go to card right now for 1080P. GTX 1060 on the used market are so expensive, its absurd. The 5500XT looks a bit faster than a GTX 1650 Super in most stuff as well, while being prices similar to the 1650 non super.

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC GAMING ACX 2.0+ B Stock $259

The warranty kills B-stock deals. Giving up 2 years of warranty isn't worth it for me. Plus the fact that these cards are not necessarily new. I wouldn't doubt that some of these cards were returned for having excessive coil whine, that has been a known issue with 970's.
