The 3/18/09 bios is the ORIGINAL bios for this card (MSI HD4890 OC).
The updated/fixed bios is dated 06/29/09 and not yet available for download from TechPowerUp.
Hopefully they will process it soon, but again, PM me your email and I will send it to you directly.

The updated "v103" of the MSI VBIOS is dated 06/29/09 (my original "v102" bios was dated 03/18/2009).
I flashed it and haven't noticed anything different (but haven't done much). Btw I used ATI WinFlash to load the new vbios (download).

Go back 1 page and there's mention of the "blanking out" issue with Dell 2408WFP lcd's (and perhaps others). Discussed on several other sites in detail (including Dell).
This apparently was a bug with ALL 4890's (way to go Ati/Amd).

For those who have the MSI 4890 OC (R4890-T2D1G OC), I have the bios update that fixes the blanking out problem with some Dell lcd's (ie 2408WFP). Just PM your email and I'll send it.

The PK5 "wifi" models also include a new "8-phase" power regulator than can improve overclocking (prevent vdroop).

YES!!! My gawd that was annoying. There were signs everywhere warning you about "gifts" and "ethics" for gov employees. They even handed you a flyer during registration.

Just got back from DC Launch Event...
- Lines, crowds, as expected...
- Some Keynote speaker said you couldn't "cash in" your feedback form till 2pm
