x99 Board refresh w/ BW-E

You do, but you need 2 or more PCI-e cards for M 2.0 to do so the bios is already there, this is what most refreshes will have oh and fixed USB 3.1 they also will be windows 10 compliant.

Asus H971 Plus has ram issue

Brandon, Can you list your full system spec's(makes it easier to figure out what the issue is), 1333 puts less stress on the CPU. The memory controller is on the CPU, is there a reason why you want 1600? Your not gonna notice anything increble happening at 1600 is all........

PC black screen, is my cpu or mobo dead? help

With the computer off(flip switch on back of power supply so its off) hold the power on button on the case to drain the residual power left(10 seconds)then flip the switch on the back of the PSU ON, try again. It's running through the code's which is good, not sure what the boot codes for a X99...
