anyone else tried a KO GPU? have been eyeing a 5600XT, but keep remembering about the KO, which would be my only reason for going green, let alone green 192-bit

GTX285 aftermarket cooler... low compatibility? (looking for suggestions)

GTX285 aftermarket cooler... low compatibility? (looking for suggestions)

is there something weird about the GTX285 mounts or something that i can't just use an Acellero Xtreme Plus II or Twin Turbo II with it? couldn't find anything googling for a bit as to why. DID find an Acellero Xtreme GTX280, but i don't want something that big and expensive and ONLY for that...

maybe it's the new owners. i'm just used to the wilder west of IRC and reddit yeah, while i no longer spend "as little as possible" on PSUs as i did in my youth, i still try to be somewhat thrifty on parts, and USUALLY a cheap Seasonic works for me. however, i AM eyeing a Seasonic Gold PRIME...
