Battlefield 2142 1.4 patch issue (cannot find install file)

Did you have to update to 1.25 before 1.4? I recently had to reinstall Battlefield 2142 just to apply the 1.4 patch since I hadn't played for 9 months and lost my registry entries after installing a new OS. IIRC, I patched directly to 1.4. You can try uninstalling, deleting the registry...

That probability math doesn't make sense: Let's say (just for example purposes) that you have a RAID 0 array that has 100 drives. Using your math, that means each drive, with 1 in 100 chance of failure, would add up and make the total probability of data loss 100 in 100. That's guaranteed...

I think they're the same thing. I ordered exactly a P4B266 (audio and USB 2.0) from mwave.com, and the receipt says P4B266/PA on it.

MSI 845Ultra problem, pls help!

Installation of P4 1.6AGHz on ASUS P4S333 gone horribly wrong :|

Was the BSOD complaining about the IDE controllers? I ran the Windows XP installation program from DOS and chose the "repair" option to get Windows XP started after I switched to a P4-1.6A and new motherboard (I got the BSODs mentioned above), rather than reinstalling everything.

ASUS P4B266 and Bios ver 1005 problem

Is the stuck temperature reading due to the 1005 bios? My P4B266 came with the 1005 bios and my readings are fine.
