IT jobs - why must all large raises come with changing companies?

Some of us in IT actually do get double digit raises without getting promitions. It's a combination of a company and a person's work ethics.

Acer 22" Wide Screen LCD @ Circuit City $249

Logitech G7 momentary freezing

I owned my G7 for 2 months....same issue...would freeze for 5-30 seconds...spent 30 mins with logitech...got a replacement. I'll be getting rid of my G7 replacement since I just got a razer dimondback.

Anybody using a PC remote?

I use that remote for my HTPC...works great...I had even bought a firefly....didn't like it at all...especially the antenna wire and poor remote to receiver connection
