PLEASE!! Help

Driver indeed. On my TNT2/M64, Win2K found a driver for it by default. That driver did 2D well, but couldn't do 3D at all. To check, run dxdiag, click "display", and run the Direct3D test. -PJ

Windows XP Protection Being Cracked ALREADY.....

This crack was made on Windows XP build 2446. The current build is 2458, though I don't know how often they change this registration thing. I can guarantee that this particular crack will not work on final XP. -PJ

what's that INTRANET.EXE for at start up??

If you mean INTERNAT.EXE, it's the keyboard language indicator on the system tray. If you don't want it, disable it though Control Panel -> Keyboard -> something -PJ

Can I use 2 different monitors in a dual monitor setup?

In Win2K, you have to run both monitors at the same res. WinME doesn't have this limitation. -PJ

Check what BIOS version you have installed. Then, go carefully over the list of problems solved by later BIOSs. If none of these is relevant for you, go ahead and install Win2000. If any is relevant (say ACPI/Win2000), you'll probably run into problems, especially with model-specific software...

Where is the Favorites Folder in W2K ?

In IE, you can export your favorites to a single bookmark.htm file. Later, you can import them. I think this is a better way of backing up. -PJ

onboard audio causes decreased gaming performance?

The mere on-boardness of the sound chip doesn't matter. I mean, an on-board SB128 is the same as a PCI SB128. However, since on-board sound tends to use cheaper sound controllers, they may cause a slight decrease in performance. -PJ
