Moreover, I work with Photoshop and word a lot (50% fps gaming and 50% of office work), and proportions are just wrong in photoshop @ 1680x1050! I dont see ANY reasons of going WS at this point - many games have problems with WS, like 100% memory usage, 100% cpu utilization even with games like...

yeah, same here, besides having problems with CPU utilization in games, the text @ 1680x1050 is very small, and Im coming from 1280x1024 19' vx924... I mean I dont have glasses and stuff, but I do have problems reading 12pt size Times new Roman in word on vx2025.

hm, thats bad, I was getting some slowdowns while playing redorchestra, anyway, looks like too many problems with WS... so i think vx922 it is. OR there is something wrong with 3200+ that you and I have. Could someone with non3200+ cpu and vx2025 test cpu utilization while gaming? thx

no that was me, 2.5ghz 3200+ and it gets 100% usage while playing some realy simple games like cs:s (with vx2025) ;( it's either my task manager that is f-cked up with the rest of windows, or there is something wrong with this monitor.

ok, here is what I think about 2025 - the text is a bit too small @ 1680, it's fine, but not as good as on my vx924, probably because it's 17" just WS. In games I had some problems with gamma, like in Red orchestra the green uniforms as the rest looked very bright, the metal had some greyish...

it depends on the game and other things, my x800xl OCed was able to handle hldm @ high settings with 100 fps but with 100% cpu usage it was a bit laggy, still I dont understand why it affects 2.5ghz cpu or 1 gig of ram that much?! looks like all the owners of 2025 here have 2gigs>?

I have the same dilema, vx922 vs vx2025wm, the problem is that Im going to buy 1900xt to replace my old x800xl, but I tried vx2025 for a few day and im getting good fps even with x800xl (3200+@ 2.5ghz, 1gig 2x512). Yet, in HL2 DM I have 100% cpu utilization all the time, and while playing Red...
