I am running stock cooling.
I couldn't get my ram to run 1:1 after 250 HTT. You can try going higher at 1:1 if it doesn't work you can always use a memory divider (DDR333) setting. This is what i had to do to get to 2.75. You should definilty be able to reach 2.6.
In the bios it's under Advanced/CPU configuration/Hyper transport frequency
At 220 your HT = 220X5 = 1100
So up till 250 HTT an HT multiplier of 4x is good after that you should drop it to 3x.
Your CPU should get up to around 2.5 on stock voltage, not sure about your memory.
It is a week 47 winchester.
I have only ran prime95 for like an hour on it so far.
I actually topped out at 2.85 Link
It might make a little bit more if i up the voltage, not sure yet.
