HDD Free Space doesn't add up

Got it taken care of - although I don't know what happened to since cause this problem. Anyhow, What I learned: - BIOS only supports up to 32gb. So, $50 to CompUSA I got an ATA/IDE 133 controller card. - When formatting under FAT 32 & XP, it only allows a 32gb partition - So, it needed to be...

FAT32 w/WinXP Pro. Also, this is on a secondary drive that is essentially used for backup, ftp transfer, and, yes, my porn stash. (haha)

HDD Free Space doesn't add up

I have a Maxtor 40gb hard drive. It reads that 38.1 is available for overall use, and there is 14.5gb available for free space. I scanned my directories and show added up that 17.34gb are being used, leaving (mathematically) 20.76gb should be available for free space. I've run disk clean up...

Network Places crashes when..

Network Places will lock up when I attempt to browse files on my other computer. The same thing happens with both computers (Desktop/Laptop). It will display the shared devices (drives, etc.), however when I click to view the directory on a drive is when it locks. I have no problem connecting...

Using a CDRW Disc on Dell Laptop CDRom

I have a CDRW disc from my desktop that can't be read with my standard Dell CDRom drive. I've installed the UDF reader from Adaptec or whatever but it still won't read. Any suggestions? Patches?? Thanks.

Delete Hobbies because Interests and Activities is a little more informative (not to mention redundant). I agree with whoever...delete skateboarding. Definitally add your GPA..if it's decent. Change "working on.." to something like "Graduating June 2001". Be more...

Eukanuba...But, it's super high in protein so your dog may bounce off the walls with energy. I've switched to Iams. Still have shiny coats and are healthy. Black Labs Rule. So does beer.
