I don't think that is correct. The 1st amendment makes no mention of citizenship. 1st amendment is a restriction on congress, not a granting of rights to the people.
It is impossible politically to raise taxes to any significant degree because tax cuts are essentially "free" since no one seems to actually care about the deficit. Until the US taxpayers has some actual negative consequences of the high debt expect things to continue as is.
MS is in better shape for sure. The Series S, while kind of a mistake as a console was a good way for them to prepare for a mobile device future. Requiring release on both allowed them to train developers to optimize for the low end. Hopefully they don't cheap out on the memory again.

Personally, I found 5 to be very good except the ending was kind of dumb, 4 was pretty meh. Hivebusters DLC for 5 is good as well (pretty much standalone story).
