Question Computer wont boot into Windows

I have disconnected all hard drives and attempted to use a USB to reinstall, it won't load the windows install on the USB. It hangs just like it does from the SSD harddrive.

high adaptive voltage on new overclock question

I am running prime when I get these vcore and temp readings and I have all the c states enabled. The chip throttles down nicely to around 0.765 when it idles so the C states and speed step are working. There are several voltage entries in the bios that show a min and max voltage for things...

I will have to run some benchmarks to see, but what are your thoughts on running the memory at 1200 with a 3 to 1 divider on the cpu for the same 3.2 ghz overclock. Not sure if this would be faster than the 800 mhz and 2 to 1 divider...

Yea that would be good, as it would allow them to run at half speed of 800 and this allows for a very easy overclock of that processor to 3.2ghz with a synchronized timings between the ram and CPU. I had this chip running at 3.2 for a few years in the old machine. Nice catch.

I see many people on the amazon page stating they have 8 gig of 1600 ram downgradded to 1333. That you tube video is exactly what I have going on with the beeps. so it is the RAM. Any thoughts on different combos taht I can get 8 gigs in the system. Or is it taking a roll of the dice any way...

I think we are talking about different things, the cpu is in the socket, triangle matched and latched down. the pins I was referring too are the heatsink, pins that push through the board and snap into place. They snap into place fine, but wrenching on things make a couple pop out that I had...
