A micro-gym. Smaller than 3000 s.f., mostly group oriented fitness.
We're trying to figure out what's really important gym-goers at this point... so our final decision will depend a lot on the feedback we get from guys like you!

It's in part because waiters/waitresses need to tip out to the house, tip less than 15% and it comes out of their pockets.
IMHO that's the biggest racket of all - the whole tip out system needs to be rejigged.
