how to upgrade raid with larger drives

I have a promise raid ex8350. It is running 7-750gb drives. I would like to upgrade it to 1.5gb drives. But I cannot back it up. Is there a way to swap the drives one by one till all are upgraded and retain the data?

What can I use to do software mirroring???

With the built in mirroring in XP pro and 2003 server you can do mirroring from one partition on one drive to another partition on another drive. I'm doing it now. But I want to have to buy a raid controller for the XPmce system. I would like to do it with software. anyone know of any?

What can I use to do software mirroring???

My mistake. I want to be able to mirror the boot drive, in case the initial drive crashes, I can just boot up on the mirrored drive. I'm using the built in mirror that comes with 2003 server on another system. Thanks for the reply

What can I use to do software mirroring???

I have Windows XP MCE and it doesn't not have software mirroring like XP pro or 2003 server. I need to mirror my c_drive another drive partition. Like doing raid 0 or raid 1. Is there any software packages out therre that can do this? thanks

Need to verify cpu speed...Help please

I have a Asus A8N-SLI deluxe with an AMD 64 3500+ ATHLON 64 939 RT. But I don't think it's running at full speed. I'm using it to build a HTPC and when I use Fddshow decoder it pegs the CPU to 100%, when other don't have that problem. So is there a software that will push the cpu and tell me if...
