thanks guys for the help. Yeah I went to a LBS and they had no 'cross bikes, and were selling to me from a trek and redline catalog... this threw me off because, if I wanted to look at pictures I might as well buy online. Whatever happened to trying before you buy? Anyways the other factor is...

You are still correct, in the first instance I was notified via my paying email address. The second was when I first contacted them hoping to still get my wall mount.

Ethically speaking I agree with you Amused; the right thing would be to return it, but... From a practical standpoint I'm thinking that it was their mistake to begin with, so why should I go through the trouble of having to repackage this monster, spending money to drive to the nearest postal...

that's how I feel.... like in monopoly... bank error in my favor, baby! lol but is there any legal backing to me not sending it back. edit: I live in CA if that makes any difference.

Just curious, Because I bought a 32" LCD TV online and to my surprise I received a 46". The company now demands that I ship the item back and is willing to pay for the shipping cost, but frankly I don't want to give it up unless I have to :D necrolock-DrPizza

First time relocation to Concord/Walnut Creek, CA: Give me some tips!

care to elaborate on the traffic on the 680? like is it bad only during select hours? I'm from L.A., so I'm no stranger to traffic. Even 'nightmare freeways' in LA like the 5, 101, 10, 210, and 110 have free flowing periods and local shortcuts (except maybe the 101, truly the worst freeway...
