Nice power supply. It was adequate for quad Q6600/p35 chipset w 8800GTS 1 drive, 4GB, so a medium system.
Something peculiar (maybe just mine): It's very quiet when a lot of power is needed (CPU full throttle), but when nothing was running, the fan was kind of whiney.
Also, the power...
Club IT may say "In Stock" on the product page but NOT when you add it to your cart. I just tried buying one yesterday 8/13.
There product page said "in stock", but when I added it to my cart it said the quantity I ordered (ONE!) exceeded the number available (0).
So... I think they need to...
I thought you were supposed to buy Dual Channel memory in pairs and the two are different (one is really single channel and one has to be dual).
Wrong?
dpreview.com says the lens is great, but the pics tend to be "grainy" or noisey. Probably due to the small-ish sensor. Even at relatively low ISOs, the noise is clearly visible.

Testimony: I ordered 2 pairs from optical4less. The quality is very good and it matched my perscription perfectly. In fact, they did a much better job than a hospital optician that recently replaced some lenses. Also, the $29 includes anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings, which cost more...
I followed exactly the procedure recommeded - going through chat - and asked about the 6 months for $29.99
I got offered 3 months for $29.99 - which is still better than the $42.95 for 3 months.
This is for an 8 mbs upgrade vs my existing 6mbs service.
I dunno. I wasn't happy with the service and when I asked them to cancel it and give me the pro-rated refund, they gave me the run around for 3 months - and then deducted those 3 months from the refund! Their gizmo will use 1/2 of your bandwidth. I have 6 Mbps comcast and got 3.2 mbps with...
Also, with the SATA drive, be aware there are two Seagate models with the same MB and cache. The difference is Sata 150 max throughput interface (model # ends in .8) vs Sata 300 (model ends in .9). When I was at Frys last week, it was the .8 Sata 150 model on sale. A great deal, but if you...
Consumer reports compared them to other air filters and basically found they do nothing.
If you put a fan next to them and blow air on them, you might get some limited result.
But then it wouldn't be "ionic breeze." It would be "Cheap fan next to expensive sharper image gimmick" breeze...
Everyone who is citing good Dell experience has been talking about older systems.
Dell systems used to have much higher quality (2 years + ago) and their support used to be vastly better - and really what distinguished Dell. They have been cutting costs on parts & support for a while now. NEW...
1.4 GHz - vaguely about 2.6Ghz intel p4 equivalent. Seems like a good deal if this is what you need.
