X1900xt artifacting like mad in games... makes them very ugly and sometimes causes freezing

my x1900xt is bothering me. crysis, quake wars, mass effect, stalker.... the artifacting is horrible!! idk what the problem is. it doesnt do it in counterstrike as far as I can remember. Ive reapplied thermal paste and ive cleared the fans. Its not overclocked or anything and i doubt its a power...

Tv tuner hell!

Im trying to use my x1900 all in wonder with the tv wonder 650 I got today. I have encountered a few problems. But, first for those who don't know, ATI has a technology called multiview in which you can have 2 tv tuners and watch 2 things at once, record two things at once or do any combination...
