Is there a USB-C or Thunderbolt external NVMe adapter?

I'm trying to find an external adapter, Ideally for U.2 SSD, with ideally USB-C connectivity or thunderbolt (open to suggestion as well) I haven't had much luck finding anything? Is anyone in AT land aware of such a device??

Will W10 run better on SSD than W7 ?

boot times seem equal or shorter using Win10, but shut down times are much much longer on the 4-5 systems I've used

10GBASE-ZR question

this may be on the extreme end, but does anyone know of a NIC that supports...or at least is known to work with...a 10GBASE-ZR SFP+ module? Or, is the intent of 10GBASE-ZR strictly for long distance fiber communication between switches? thanks
