How much has your net worth decreased due to the economic changes?

I cashed out my 401k about 2 months ago and I'm glad I did... we're talking about a measely couple grand, but I ended up making 15% or so after taxes, etc. I did triple my salary by getting a new job though, so that really helps..

Best case for iPod Touch (2nd gen)?

i bought a griffin clear case at best buy for 25 bucks came with screen film, case, a belt clip and an arm band to use with the belt clip if you exercise, belt clip is removable and just pops into place, awesome case, get it! this is for the 2nd get touch so it has the cutout for volume...
