Looks like MSI is skipping the 90x0 series. There are some speculation in the article that they might want to go all nVidia like EVGA was.
MSI skips RDNA 4 and will not manufacture AMD Radeon 9000-series GPUs
My local Canada Computers Store still has 2 Asus Prime 9070 XT and 8 Asus Prime 9070 non-xt in stock according to the site, and a bunch others models/brands.
Looks like Canada Computers has them in stores ready to sell them. They got prices up already. Best priced items are these :
Prices are in CAD of course. Most XTs are 1k$ CAD plus while non-XT are 800-1k$ CAD
Just wanted to add my 2 cents from a real-life non-game experience :
At work, the security desk has a PC dedicated to cameras, so it runs a camera software. A brand new OEM workstation desktop was bought last winter. After about a year, the camera feed would go black suddenly and the software...
I'm not much into servers, but out of curiosity, I did find this : https://www.asrockrack.com/general/productdetail.asp?Model=GENOAD8UD-2T/X550#Specifications

Looking at the specs of the boards you listed, the best bet is the Gigabyte Aorus Pro, because the USB-C ports can support officially up to 4k 240Hz, so splitting that up into multiple 4k60 screens should be fine. The MASTER board shouldn't be needed unless you absolutely need what it offers...
I've mentioned this before in other posts

I remember as well the socket A era CPUs. It had similar span of CPU and chipset variety. It also had the CPU that beat Intel to the GHz punch without any crippling bug. Does Thunderbird qualify to be on the list perhaps?
Edit: forgot to add it also competed against two or more generations of...
It is, there are several types of USB-C to dual DP adapters out there. We even have some at work that go from USB-C to a DP and a HDMI that can work together.
A note on MST adapters: they essentially split the bandwidth of the DP dataline to create several connections. Most of them are DP 1.4...
Two cards with at least 3 DP out each would be the best but, at worse, if two cards isn't an option, you can use a DP 1.4 MST adapter like this one :

It would essentially double your display...
