Best ticket you ever beat?

Got my 105 in a 55 ticket reduced to 70 in a 55 in court. Lowered the fine from $570 to $70. Cop actually didnt show up, but when i plead not guilty, the judge said he would postpone the court date for later if I plead not guilty. Pleaded my case and he was pretty lenient.

Will nailing decoration to a tree injure it?

While it is unlikely it will have any effect on the tree, definitely make sure you take the nails out when you are done. I work for a tree company, and its a real PITA to have to re-sharpen the chain on my saw every damn time I hit a nail.

World of Warcraft PC game and card- Mac/Windows 49.98 is Back

Thanks OP. I bought WoW from a seller on these forums a couple months ago and got ripped off. My friend wants me to start playing the game w/ him, so I got in on the deal. Had a BB gift card to use too :)

Is my hard drive about to give out?

Thanks for the response. The drive is only one month old. I haven't installed anything new in a few days. I checked out that thread, and while I kinda remember the HD making a noise like the "Head damage" clips, I don't really recall what it was. I restarted again and it booted up fine...

Is my hard drive about to give out?

My problems all started earlier tonight, when I got a lockup for no apparent reason. I was running BOINC, Firefox, and WMP at the time, so maybe the system wasn't entirely stable. Anyway, I restarted, and after it says "Backup of CMOS is complete.....", it said "Disk read error. Push...

R@H Errors Anyone?

Well, after downclocking the CPU further, and cleaning the dust out of my comp, it looks like all is well. It just sucks I have to run my comp at a slower speed. :( I don't understand it, however. When I first OC'ed, it was Prime95 stable, and Memtest86+ stable at 2.7ghz. I've got it at...

Thanks for the advice Sid. I downclocked my CPU back to 2.25ghz, and I'm gonna let it run while I'm out. If that works, then thats good, but its bad too. My system should be stable at 2.6ghz :( I don't know why all of a sudden it wouldn't be, I haven't changed anything recently. Oh well, if...
