Party Poker, I want to play but my bank wont let me..

I tried to pay with a credit card and they wouldn't allow it and now i've tried to sign up with Neteller and they wont allow that either. Any suggestions? I think monday i'm going to go open up a small another small checking account to use for everything online and have the place take the money...

How can i capture videos from a wesite? any vcr type program?

How can i record videos from a website, you cant save as but can play them on the site. Most play on windows media player is there any program that will allow me to record them like a vcr so i can watch them without having to stream them from the site everytime? thanks
