Game clients not downloading. QQ

I can connect to the internet, download torrents, files from browser, yadda yadda. When I try to update my game clients through Steam or Blizzard the downloads won't start. Steam continuously pauses the download. I have no idea why it started doing this. Any help would be much appreciated...

New Video Card, WoW Loading Error

So I got a new video card, GeForce 6800XT (256MB AGP 8X) and when I load WoW only the background/audio come up, there are no onscreen options and the background was also somewhat choppy. I tried an error check, made sure I have the latest drivers and everything and still the same thing happens...
