Doesn't India have some of the least attractive women in the world? I'm guessing it's mostly because they're poor as fuck. They don't own toilets, so they shit in bags, and they can't afford modern beauty care products like razors or wax. Imagine going to a country where women have furry legs...

I stole that criticism from online reviews of the book; I didn't actually read the book myself. My gf got the book from the library yesterday, and sure enough, that really is in the book, but it wasn't on that page. In the paper copy, it was a few page away from 55, so try page 60 or so.
