Why should an officer's word be anymore valuable than that of anyone else's? When it comes to a court of law there should be proof such as video evidence not just some he said/she said.

I don't get this "no guilty" on DUI charge

there are many things they can contest, such as if the proper DUI arrest process was followed, if the test was given properly, if the machinery was maintained properly etc etc...

Visiting a friend in Atlanta for this weekend...

lol, the varsity for good food??? If by good food, you mean overpriced mcdonald's burgers smothered in grease, then by all means. I'd say check out sweetwater brewery, for 8 bucks you get to try some of their beers, and if you go on a wed, they usually have a cask of something they don't...

Would you trust a dentist that didn't let you go back with your child?

i've never been to a dentist with any sort of such policy...doesn't make sense to me.

I am a Christian

i'd have to say i hold similar beliefs to the OP. Not all churches are that crazy too...check out Mars Hill they're pretty normal (or as close as I've seen), and hey the pastor once preached on the goodness of beer. Can't hate that now can ya?
