Slow disk access after RAID 5 rebuild

Well regardless, glad it all pulled through. Still though, it was at 18% on 4/26 and at 22% yesterday, but then completed overnight. It definitely sounds like it errored out at some point, but obviously managed to recover itself. Gives me the heebie jeebies.

Well the WiFi on the $48 one there looks better for sure. Not sure about the T-Mobile part, but if the comments are to be believed you can ignore that part. It's probably a better device than the $30 Netgear refurb, but then again, it's $18 more expensive so I'd expect it to be.

Oh good god in heaven. I just looked at their rankings. A few comments: 1. They primarily highly rank routers that look like spiders. This isn't just supposed to be a funny comment, a good portion of their rating is given over to WiFi performance, and of course big 4x4 MIMO routers with 4-8...

It's also possible the array rebuild errored out. If it was me in the same situation, I'd be assembling an army of external drives and frantically copying all my data to them just in case the array didn't survive a reboot. This is also why I moved my personal data arrays to RAID6 instead of 5...

OC advice?

Sorry, I'll amend; normal usage load temps, rather than thermal stress test load temps. I'm saying I would aim for target 'gaming' load temps in the 50-60c range, while running SuperPi or something to 'fully' load the CPU would likely spike into the upper 60/70 range.

SSL/TLS may not be enabled at all on 587. Port 587 is just a renumber of port 25 because lots of ISPs block port 25. Do you need the encryption?
