Need a thin hdmi cord for htpc?

Hey guys, I finally got my HTPC running off the 5570 :) Now I have a problem....the portion of the hdmi cable that goes into the hdmi input of the card, not the cable itself but the bulkier ends, do not allow me to completely insert the cable. It's basically hitting a piece of metal that allows...

Sapphire 5570 problem...

I want to try this card again before sending it out. Anything special I need to do? I merely popped it in last time....do I have to install/uninstall anything before hand? Alter something in the biostar th61 bios? Any help would be great guys :)

Hey guys! I have a new celeron g530 mini computer and recently tried putting the videocard mentioned in the title inside. Everything powers up correctly, including the GPU, but there is no output from it. While the card is still in the PCI-E slot, I try plugging the hdmi into the mobo hdmi...

Celeron G530 temps?

I meant that I have no discrete GPU right now, so the processor is handling the tasks it would/will be doing once it is in. I imagine that means the CPU is working harder ---> higher temps? Hopefully that makes sense :) Regardless, glad to know I have nothing to worry about, thanks guys...

Celeron G530 temps?

Hey guys, I finished building the mini itx computer which was horrible as far as cable management goes.... my temps are hitting around 57*C under load, max 61*C. Is this normal for a mini itx computer? I don't have my dedicated GPU installed yet, so could this increase the cpu temp? Thanks in...

Budget CPU for budget HTPC build..

I hate to redirect the thread back on topic, but...I hit 61*C while playing CS:S. Could this be due to the cpu handling the GPU tasks as well? I will be installing the 5570 tomorrow, and I'm hoping/wondering that will make a difference.

Not sure if it makes a difference, but hit a max of 59*C while running the Windows Experience test....

Hey guys, aside from the GPU, which hasn't come in yet, everything is running. I seem to be running around 50*C idle and 55/57*C at load. Is this normal in small cases? Everything is so cramped inside. I was thinking of modding the case to have a 120mm blowing the hot air hot. Is thiis...
