Hmmm...having pushed up the clock settings on my Hercules 3D Prophet II MX for some reason I chose to restart the system instead of just changing settings without a restart. Now, I guess because I am too far OC'd, the system hangs on reboot. How can I reset the clock settings on video card such...

Case fan - sucking it in or blowing it out?

Thanks guys for your input. I have a sneaking feeling that the only ready-made hole in the case is at the bottom and at the front. Can this be true? I will check it out when I get home as an exhaust fan seems to be the consensus.

What is software cpu cooling?

The same option is available on PC Alert III from MSI. Setting it on or off, for me, seems to make little difference that I can see...

Is the MSI K7T Turbo-R any good?

I think I would agree with iamthesystem's comments above. I also own a K7T Turbo (minus RAID) and have already encountered the '133 MHz Issue', and I don't particularly fancy the task of butchering the L6 bridges on my Duron in an attempt to boot at a lower clock multiplier. On the other hand...

Duron at 90 degC ?

No, not mine, but assuming I'm interpreting AMD's own data sheets correctly, 90C is stated therein to be the maximum permissable operating temperature for the die - and presumably the cpu is 'guaranteed' to work properly at these temps too. So, perhaps someone would care to explain why 'we'...

Duron 750 on MSI K7T Turbo + tweaking = 1 GHz? No way, Jose (at least not for me...)
