Eventual? Midway laid off 1200, and closed down its operations. Continental laid off 12,000, AMR, United, Delta, and the rest will likely have to lay off large amounts as well. Baggage Handelers, Ticket Agents and Gate Agents will be the likely lay offs. Flight Attendents and Pilots would come...

The lowest paid people are the people at the counters. Baggage people make more than them and the security does as well. And those people make $10... Flight attendents make anywhere from $17.50(per flight hour) to a little more than that(again flight hours), by flight hours, thats what they get...

Am I the only one who thinks a full scale land war in Afghanistan would be the next Vietnam?

The majority of the land wars wont take place in Afghanistan, there will be some, but it will mainly be special ops. The land war will come when we go in to Iraq which I see happening within the next year. Afghanistan wont be the only place we attack.

Gold, Silver Buried in WTC Rubble

The gold and silver is safer than its ever been before. Its at the very bottom of the six underground levels of the WTC. No one can get to it, and it will be atleast 2-3 months before they can even attempt to recover it.
