If so, we then get notified of the account for approval, which we usually approve it rather quickly once we're notified.

Eric gave feedback to Koolance and the really listen to our feedback and typically implements on the next revision. We do the same for all parts we review, some companies listen, others don't.

If you're going to spend $70+ on either of the Noctua's... pay the couple bucks more and experiment with the H50. I was quite happy with the usability and performance of the H50 through testing (review coming very soon).
DDC vs. D5 is one of those never ending debates. Both have been taken from other intended uses and applied to water cooling.
IMO, D5's are an easier starter pump and once you get more comfortable go with DDC's.
