Constant HD Access from lsass and csrss

Filemon basically points to a few running apps, including thunderbird, firefox, ms anti-spyware, avg, ad-watch, vpn client and zone alarm. All of the virus and spyware tests come up negative.

I just installed a new hard drive in my laptop and took the opportunity to reinstall XP SP2 and all. Unlike my last install, the hard drive is continuously accessed by lsass.exe and csrss.exe. I have found many similar situations on various web sites but no effective solutions. I have...

I think someones stealing my wireless net in my building!!!

Use a long, random WPA key; WPA2 if available! Also, enter a strong password for your router when you are wired, and make sure you are using ssl connection to router if wireless. Hell, you should use ssl when wired, too. That should definitely do the job.

yeah, go for a linksys wrt-54g. i have an active wrt-54g and an active di-624, and i wish i had two wrt-54gs instead.

Oh, and up until April 15, you can put in up to $3,000 for 2004 if you are 49 or younger. Plus, be sure to check out the modified AGI limits on the Roth for higher incomes.

Once again, unless I am grossly mistaken, it is 2005. You can contribute up to $4,000 (not $3K) or $4,500 if you are 50 or older. Nice research.
