Guys, just a quick bone to pick. I lived in Israel, and during the Gulf War we did have duct tape on our windows. Granted that was to reflect the bomb blast outwards, but it does have it's uses.

At what point DOES Bush get credit for making our country safer?

Look at NOLA, tell me then we are safer. Our national guard and equipment is in Iraq. Budgets for first responders, important research, pretty much everything is getting slashed to support the Iraq war. NOLA proved we are not safer, and if anything we are in greater danger.

It's not a healthy diet, the gf USED to be vegan a few years back, nearly died from ultra low blood pressure. It's not healthy, it's bloody impossible to find protein and that's even more true for men.

One question I have not seen answered about NOL

Your right on the Iraq point, we can't instantly distribute food and water, but we can coordinate an airdrop of MRE's and water within 3 days. Those three days being Friday, Saturday, Sunday. If supplies got there on Monday or Tuesday, things would not have gotten so nearly out of hand.
