How much stuff is hooked up to your TV?

dvd player xbox htpc gamecube tivo vcr (don't use it though) receiver ps1 I've got a 4 port component video switcher that the HTPC, Xbox, Gamecube, and DVD player are connected thru.

question regarding weight lifting

Try some preacher curls. They seem to isolate the muscle fairly well (when done correctly), and also seem to hit more of the lower portion of the muscle. The other guy was right though, people are just built different. Some people have longer, thinner muscles. While others have shorter...
