I second the ECS K7S5A solution for you, but with a caveat: either wait a week or two for boards with newer BIOS revisions to ship or read up on the flash procedure very carefully. The early BIOS revisions were giving people problems, and if you don't read the ECS K7S5A thread on this forum you...

So there I was, standing in the middle of the street, completely naked - and you know what? It was EXACTLY like the dream I had earlier, only it was chillier and there were people laughing at me and honking car horns. I was pretty disappointed when I didn't turn into Mothra and blow up the city.
