Free shiiping at tires.com!

I need to get a set, but I've debating whether to get online then pay for mounting and balancing, or just go to the tire store and have them do everything. I'd probably save only the tax money buying online. I don't have Costco here, there's Sam's Club, they don't install tires that you buy...

I went to BB tonight. With the CompUSA ad and the mouse in my hand, I just walked straight to CSR. The rep called CompUSA to verify that the mouse is in stock, then they PM it. No hassle at all. Thanks for the deal.

I remembered paying $65 for the case without PS 3 months ago. Love the case, really easy to work with. It can take up to 5 80mm fans. I have 5 Silencers in mine, pretty quiet.

Those two damn horizontal lines.

Put a white background on your desktop, you should see two thin, horizontal lines. One is about 1/4 down from the top of the monitor, the other is 1/4 up from the bottom. You will only see this if your monitor is a trinitron. If you think this is annoying. Wait till you buy a LCD screen and...

Hot?? Sony Clie N610 color Palm PDA for $250 + tax at your CompUSA

I got this Clie before xmas for $300 after MIR, plus a free 32MB memory stick. Beautiful screen. Please please do yourself a favor and get a screen protector. This screen is easily scratched. The best screen protector is Brando in HK.

23.12 nVidia WHQL Drivers out!

Anybody running it with AGP 4x in Win XP ? My system kept crashing in 23.11 when set to AGP 4x. It crashed just from web surfing.

Best 17inch Flat Panel LCD for Games/DVDs ???

The most annoying things about LCD are those stuck or dead pixels. I have returned couple of laptops just because of it.

Inexpensive PP&C silencer case fan

I have 5 Silencer in my case. They are really quiet. I believe that the Silencer spreads air out, so you don't feel as much air pushing out when you place your hand in front of it. This is good since you want a lot of air moving inside your case. But I'd go with a Panaflo for the heatsink...

Need Dell Inpsiron 8100 Memory? HOT Upgrades

I bought 2 sticks of 256MB last week for $55 each. It runs great on my Inspiron 4100. Notice how the memory for the Inspiron 4100 is more expensive ? Even though it's just another PC133 CL2.

Tis true - LiteOn CDRW rocks

I have the Liteon 24x. Ever since I upgraded to the latest firmware (5S54), the max I could burn is 20x. I am using Nero 5.5.5.1 with Win XP. Anybody seeing the same thing ?
