Long story short, my girlfriend recently landed a job working in Japan come spring, and the tickets to get there are very expensive for young folks like us (she's fresh out of college and I'll be graduating this semester). All Nippon Airways is having a photo rating contest of sorts and is...

Hey anyways my problem was solved by using a new cpu. It would not boot with the P4 630 CPU although it is listed in the compatibility chart. I've heard of plenty of people using the Pentium D chips though, I dunno why mine doesn't work :( Anyways I picked up a pentium dual core and all is well.
Celeron 300A socket that did 504
Celeron 600 (first .13u celerons I believe) @ 1050
Athlon XP Barton 2500+ @ 2.2GHz
Athlon XP-M 2400+ @ 2.5GHz (good lord these were MONSTERS)
those are my favorite CPU's of all time. I've owned all sorts of CPU's under, inbetween, and over those chips...
So guys I think its pretty safe to say that Intel has crippled the E5200's ability to scale with high clock speeds correct? I haven't seen any confirmed reports of 400fsb....but tons and tons of confirmed reports of low fsb walls :(
Anyone have problems with E5200's not able to take higher FSBs? Mine tops out at ~3.5GHz but the max FSB I can hit is 310. So like, 310x11 works. But 315 x 10 doesn't work. 333x any multi no go. 400x any multi no go. This is pissing me off.
