Reverse first-world problems: What *good* thing happened to you today?

I miss honeycrisp apples, now those are tasty. For me today I thought I had run out of brita filters and had to order more and then wait for them to arrive. But then I found a bag of 8 of them hiding in the pantry. Score!

What chain restaurants do you consider decent

Miller & Carter, UK steakhouse. Pretty decent and one of the few places over here I can consistently get a good/great (not awesome) steak. Pizza Hut for when I want a taste of 'murican pizza Chipotle, though the US locations are always better than those in Paris or London, not sure why

Question Settings question for 2070 with BF5

I've been playing BF5 on the new pc and have everything set to max since I'm still at 1920x1200. Its been running mostly well but I do still get an occasional hitch, something like a .5 - 1 second "burp" where it freezes. This seems to happen every 30-60 min, though I really am not 100% on that...

Question Ryzen 2700x ram upgrade question

Is it sad that I'm already itching to see what Zen 2 prices are like post launch craziness? If my motherboard can handle Zen 2 with minimal issues it will be really tempting to upgrade from my brand new 2700x. Not quite sure why, but there it is.

Thanks both, looks like I get to go the cheap/easy way and leave it as is. Really enjoying this Ryzen a lot, glad I took a chance to return to AMD again after a few intel builds. Real competition is always nice!

So checking CPU-Z and HWinfo there does seem to be some frequency change, but when I leave the system alone its fairly minor. I see ranges from 2.2ghz up to 3.2 as a whole or 4.3 on a single core, but its mostly hovering around 2.2. During this time the temp ranges from 32c (Tdie) up to 47c...
