The heatsink included with my 4400+ 939 and the one with my 940 were surprisingly robust with copper heatpipes and an 80mm fan.
The one included with my 550 X2, however, is much smaller, all aluminum and a 60mm fan.
Can't say anything as far as how any of them performed since I put aftermarket...
