Which battery trimmer to choose?

The problem was i get this from Amazon USA, and their service cant help. I get greenworks europe mail, cant find number, but they not answer. So what i do is I buy new batteries and charger: And have problems i mentioned above. I will try to charge one by one battery, maybe its become too hot...

Which battery trimmer to choose?

What happens last night was scary for me. I put greenworks batteries to charger (24V x 4A), wait to hear beep and to take of batteries from charger. But instead of this i hear BUM, i intemedially go to see what happens and i see one of them smoke, i take out charger. Then i go to see bateries...

I have a feeling when like go short that trimmer become less powerfull, but i bump line, than trimmer becomes powerfull like a beast. Amd i right or thats only my feeling?

I must sad this machine is apsolutery beast, brushes are gone in seconds, its really amazing. Bump line is soo easy, just slightly touch ground and line go, amazing! Just little more battery life and it will be 100/100, now its 95/100 just because of battery life, which is not bad but i will...

Today i first try trimmer and i can say i am absolutely amazed how this is powerfull. It cut even brushes, amazing. It have 2 speeds, when i put on number 2 it become apsolutely beast! The only think i will want to change is little more battery life, about 30minutes i thing, maybe 25-35min. But...

Thank you, i have to try both and decide which is better. For a couple of first time i will use line of course, until i get comfortable with trimmer. My question is, can someone confirm me that 0.095 line is 2.4mm for europe? I am just afraid to not make mistake. Is better round of circle line...
