9800SE>9600XT?

I honestly have no idea... however I own a Powercolor 9600xt (128mb) and it fares fairly well in modern games... 1024x768 with medium to high settings. Not the greatest though. I live in Australia too, and get frustrated sometimes at the lack of choices... have you tried...

I want an awesome case, pitch me your choice!

You shouldn't... they may be lighter, but damn they are noisy (aluminium). I also hate the look of them, however thats a matter of personal taste. P180 was built for silence and cooling, but its heavy (steel). So, the thermaltakes may be the better lancase, while the P180 may be a better...

"Zone B" getting hot

Well the psu draws air from inside the case and expels it out, so no, I don't think thats your problem. If it is exhausting air into the case the there might be something wrong, but i doubt thats the case.

Uh, you build a tub of some sort around the gpu/cpu/whatever and fill it with dry ice (-78 degrees celcius!). Probably want some insulation so its not too wasteful, eg a foam container. Pretty simple, and seeing as how C02 doesnt conduct and sublimes (directly from a gas to a solid) so you wont...

How hard are DFI ultra-d nforce 4 boards seriously?

Replace stock X800 XL fan

Thats a strange analogy, seeing as how it once catastophically erupted. Maybe I'm not getting the real joke? Back on topic, yes the VF-700cu is pretty awsome. Compared to stock there are huge differenves in cooling and noise.

Air conidtion directly into case??

Wow, that would probably be a faulty chip. Even the stock HS/F would be able to kep it moderatly cool. Hopefully you can get it replaced for free, becasue i defiantley think this was not your error, but the chips.

antec p180 psu dimensions

Well, I don't have the case, but common reasoning will provide. Your PSU is only a 1/4 inch longer than standard, and from various pictures it looks as though there is at least a couple of inches before you encounter the fan. You should have no problem. I understand that you probably wont...

With $3000 as your budget, you can afford the best. And the best would be the P180.

whats wrong with my 7700alcu?

Yeah, I thought you wouldnt be able to touch the CPU. Did you try a different software monitor? Most importantly, if your CPU is running hot, you would start noticing. It would be unstable and crash. Try running Prime95 to see if your CPU is stable...
