psu compatible with mobo?

psu that was smoking and has 1 melted wire and the mobo that it was hooked up wrong too both seem to still work! alls well that ends well, windows is on it now, going to go dl all the windows updates

the 8800 gt 512 meg cards prices are way jacked up to like $350, kinda waiting till these cards come down to around $200, hopefully less than a year from now?

my asrock shipped with and im on bios 1.50P or something like that running E4300 in it not sure if i should upgrade the bios - doesn't seem like it will change much if i do

if you buy parts at newegg i would try and put them together yourself. I really doubt you will break the parts doing it yourself if that is what you are worried about. if you hit a snag though there is a chance the computer won't work straight away and it could take a few days to figure out...

Upgrading socket 754 for last time: Need advice.

i just upgraded my socket 754 amd 64 3000+ went with the ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA mobo e4300 and i ended up getting ram but you may not need to kept my IDE drives, my AGP card, my psu, optical drives, case, fans, etc. you may only need to get the asrock mobo and the e4300 making it under...

yup i just built the system again without a case just loose parts on a desk and put different hard drive that never had vista on it and now i can intall XP bad software that you cannot uninstall is worse than any virus i made a cd with a program called "ultimate boot cd" hopefully it can...
