Power Supply recomendations? Athlon 64 system.

I have an Antec SL400 for my Athlon 64 3200+ rig. No problems.

Looking at wireless routers. Any experiences from you guys?

I have had a D-Link 614+ for a year and a half, and it has performed flawlessly. Easy to set up, and even to tweak settings.

crleap, I think that you have it backwards. I have always noticed a decided bias in AT's reviews against AMD and against NVidia graphics products. Tom's has rarely shown the same bias.

Aspire dreamer 2 case doesn't come with a pc speaker?

I bought one for my son. The power supply is pretty weak. I chucked it and put in an Enermax 425. He now has an ASUS A7n8X-E Deluxe, 9800 Pro, dual WDM800 SATA drives and a Gig of Corsair XMS 3200 memory. The case is pretty nice, aside from the power supply.

Which is faster? AMD 2600+ or Intel P4 2.4?

I run SETI@Home on a couple of XP2600+ and on one rig with a P4 2.4. The XPs kick the P4's butt by a 20% margin. There is no comparison.

Drive Performance: 2m & 8m buffer ATA vs. SATA?

This Serial ATA just aint ready for prime time. I'll stick to SCSI 160 or SCSI 320. Pure blinding speed.

how often do you clean the inside of your case?

Twice a year I clean out the dust bunnies. More often then that and I would have to find a different line of work.

OK, I Screwed up by buying a Radeon video card

Markfw900 I will not accept that it is a requirement to reformat or re-partition a computer's hard drive to install an ATI video card. This is unacceptable. Come on, now. This is 2004. Nvidia does not require this extreme measure. The 5700 Ultra works just great on my son's computer after...

I didn't spend $500 for that card. I got the 9800 Pro for $230. And, actually, your logic is strange. Why should I have to spend more time fixing a problem on a video card that is more expensive, really expensive. Rolls Royce drivers don't expect more problems with their cars than Volkwagen...
