Very good point on MD law about subletting. If I were to walk away, wouldn't that mess up my credit history? As for the health reason, you're liable for the lease even if you die!!! So, I doubt if that would fly.

That's really the bad part. I wouldn't have thought twice if it was some other profession - plumber, an advertiser or a builder. Is it worth the hassle to lock horns with an attorney? I believe in paying people for their work, but they are abusing the fact that they's attorneys.

I had a paid consultation with an attorney, and decided to hire the firm. I signed the agreement and sent the form for the credit card authorization. I didn't hear from them for a few days, and after a number of calls, I was sent a waiver form to sign, before they would start working on my case...

PNI Radar Detctor 59.99

Not to crap on your deal, but this looks like a voice version of the RX5000, which is probably the worst radar detector ever created. It wont detect a police mounted radar unless you're on top of him. The compass works great and so does the X Band which is useless unless you want a "mall-detector".
