According to paypal's TOS, they can grab funds from your linked bank account when they feel like it (well, when they determine they are losing money because of shady behaviour). How confident are you that Chase will side with you if that were to happen?
also I want to keep my 'confirmed' (or is it verified) status for paypal because I withdraw over $500 monthly. I believe you have to be confirmed with a bank account to have that limit lifted, or am I wrong?
I've recently been hearing a lot of horror stories of paypal users getting their linked bank account funds drained by paypal and of buyers scamming sellers by claiming their packages have not been received. etc etc.
I haven't run into problems personally, but I still feel like linking my CC...
