What pet should I get?

I am partial to cats. Or fish. Fish are good pets for an apartment. Parrots are cool, but they live a long, long time, so it's a big commitment.

Kodak AA Batteries 4 pack for 50 cents at Jewel/Osco

Looks like they are on clearance, I picked up 6 packages of these shrink wrapped batteries, there didn't seem to be a limit. Experation dates were all in 2010. I am not sure if this same deal is at all the Albertson stores or what. YMMV.

I picked up the free after rebate zipper binder for my 4th grader, it's pretty nice and she thinks it's cool. :cool:

Best healthy snack (that doesn't taste like cardboard)

That's what I was going to say. Also, I snack on dry cereal when I'm craving sweets. Golden grahams, or something similar. Only has about 1 gram of fat per cup.

Locking up problem
