    Micron Chips

    I've purchased these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820231065 And have yet to be let down by them, got to DDR2-1100 with some minor tweaking, yes they are Micron D9GMH chips, you either want GMH or GKX as they have proven to be the most overclockable of the Micron chips.

    Do overclocked CPU cores get worse over time?

    My old 4400 X2 actually got better in overclocking after a year or so. I was able to maintain 2.8GHz at first with no less than 1.45v and now it can run rock solid at the same speed with 1.375v. I sold that computer about a month ago so I have no idea how things are going with it now.

    After looking around a bit the only reliable manufacturers that I was able to find are the ones you have already mentioned. I own the 750 watt version of this PSU and I have yet to bet let down by it.

    Is this normal - CPU speed fluctuating within CPU-Z

    Every processor I try with CPUZ fluctuates and the voltage reading on Core 2's is fairly accurate up till around 1.4v where anything I go above it will read out as 1.392v.
