Oh I have ad blocker on my PC at home and it works pretty good stopping pop-up ads etc.
I appears the problem with page jumping around is mainly due to stuff loading and changing positions of the page until it's all settle down.
It doesn't seem to matter if I use IE or Google Chrome, probably endemic to most browsers.
Here is the "fun" thing that happens to me multiple times per day and I would LOVE to see this fixed or mitigated.
So you navigate to a web page - it could be MSN news, BBC, your favorite forum...
I wish to extend the network in my home so we can get good internet in the basement and other rooms away from our WiFi router. My boss recommended a power-line kit that plugs into the wall near our router and ties in with an Ethernet cable, sending the internet throughout our household wiring...
Yes, pretty much know the outside solution is the proper long term fix - putting some money into savings for that. I am pretty sure there is something to hold a small leak at bay during the interim. I think a contractor estimated around $1500 to dig down and patch from the outside.
There...
DaveStall, how did you do the outside patch? I assume you have to clean the cement well but what do you apply to seal from the outside? I've seen a video where even a layer of impermeable material was used in on case, along with sealing agent that was applied.
I've read all the stuff about...
I've got a poured foundation basement wall that has a settling crack in it from floor to sealing. It leaks a little bit during major rain storms - usually just a small puddle and then it dries up. It was originally found when a corner of the carpet in the basement was found to be damp/wet, so...
I have a Saphire 4650 HD - yes and ancient card but I don't game much anymore - but forgot how much memory it has. It isn't on the card - I've looked in the control panel in Device manager - haven't found it.
What is a way I can show graphics memory?
Thanks
You know those nice little slides with helpful hints or info in MSN news? They have little descriptions near the bottom of the photo, but on many of the slide shows, when I view those slides, whether using IE10 or Google Chrome, all I can see is the first line with a ... at the end.
That's...
IE 10 is pushed to all PC's here until they eventually test and approve the next version. No option there.

That page as well as others. Below the add banner, it's a gray rectangle down most of the page - until there is a photo and then finally "Features and...
At work, IE 10 is the standard browser right now. Can't change it.
Lately I noticed the BBC news website comes up, and a vertical gray rectangular area covers the left hand side of the page, so it masks or covers the news stories. This only started a few days ago. It seems to only occur on...
It's really angering to me. My wife, who had nothing in England, immigrated here legally and has to wait 4 or 5 years before she is eligible for benefits, yet Obama is handing it too people who arrived illegally. It is grossly unfair to those who wait, do all the paperwork, and pay a lot of...

Your siggy is a bit ironic in light of this topic.
It appears the "truth", or forensic "evidence" in this case, supports Brown instigated his fate. This truth is being essentially ridiculed in the popular media by what/who is getting all the attention, and "violently" opposed -...
