You could also go for Soltek 75-KAV....I've got one with 384 MB PC133 ram and an Athlon XP 1800 and it works like a charm...the most stable system I've ever had...
I've also had another soltek motherboard before in the good old amd k4 days, and it was just as stable
So my recommendation goes...
Hey fellow anandtechers
I am considering buying a MSI GF4 Ti-4200 64 MB. I want a faster video card NOW!
I was just wondering how the tv-out quality is on this specific card(the 64 MB version)...anyone got any experience with it?
What is the max resolution for the tv-out?
PS: Don't recommend...

Q about the votage. If I need to increase the voltage, will I have to unlock the cpu's L7? Or does the mobo's votage tweak override the cpus locked L7?
You answered it yourself. It's the voltage that you set in BIOS that counts. Off course you need a MB that supports...
SlickVic - You're OK.
I'm running at 133/33 MHz on a KT133A MB and Sisoft Sandra also tells me that I'm running PCI at 44 MHz and AGP at 88 MHz. The reason is that Sisoft Sandra still doesn't support the kt133A chipset. I don't know when there will be an update for this chipset.
My guess is...
Does anybody know if there is an "incompability" between the bios voltage
settings on the SOltek 75KAV and the voltage shown in Via Hardware Monitor.
I've manually set the CPU voltage to 1.7 V but Via HM says 1.78 V?????
Is this general for all VIA motherboards since I'm new to these??
This is probably not the hardest question in the boards
I'm planning to overclock my Duron 650 MHz(factory locked).
I know about the L1 bridges for multiplieroverclocking, but
do you have to connect any bridges on it before you can up the voltage??
CHHASmatroxuser-
It is not your PC100 ram, which set the limit(AT least that is my guess). Most PC100 ram go way higher. The reason is that the Red Storm overclocking doesn't do any voltage tweaks. It just runs the cpu at default voltage. If you have to run at higher FSB's then you should up...
So far I haven't had any problems with my SOLTEK 75-KAV, but I've only had it since saturday so..
But I'm pleased with it. I'm particularly fund of the overclocker bios settings such as bank interleave and all the voltage tweaks.
I think my scores are OK, cause I'm running Duron 650@650Mhz, only the ram at 133 MHz and that is at cas 3. How do you set the ram to normal, medium or turbo settings. I couldn't find it in the manual??
I just fiddled with the BIOS settings and set Bank Interleave to 4
My SiSOft Scores went from 360/390 to 413/507...
CAN anybody explain me in plain english what Bank Interleaving is, why it has such a big impact on the memory scores and if it safe to run at this setting??
JUst a quick question from a newbie:
What is the Bank Interleave setting in BIOSES
I just set it to 4 and my SiSoft Memory SCores went from 360/390 to 413/507
Hey everybody
I've just bought the SOLTEk SL-75KAV mb and a duron 650 MHz processor
and the first thing I did was of course giving it the whole works of
benchmarking. In SiSoft Sandra 2001 Standard I experienced something odd.
The memory benchmarks said 359 MB/S(ALU/RAM) and 390 MB/S(FPU/RAM)...
