The reason the Link software shows 0rpm for the fans is likely because you plugged them into the motherboard cpu fan headers instead of to the splitter thing that they provide w/ the H100i v2 (I think it splits out from the water block/pump assembly??) You also need to make sure you connected...
I recently signed up for an account through StrongVPN and successfully configured my router to connect to the service to have all of my devices connect through the VPN without having to configure each one individually. I wanted to test out the connection to see if it was actually encrypted, but...
I have no idea how SLI works, but my simple-stupid question would be whether SLI stresses (and causes heat build up) equally to both cards? If so, parallel. If it stresses one GPU more than another then serial, with input favoring the 'primary' card.

Yes, you can (and should, IMO) do that. I feel that it's always best to plug in to the motherboard and control fans by adjusting fan curves and setting profiles.

Same processor and mobo as you, with the Corsair H100i v2 + ML120 fans. I'm running a 4.7ghz overclock with manual fan curves and pump curves set as low as possible (temps are fine but I'm at work now so can't reference them easily).

Thanks all for your help.

I currently have a single 950 pro and will be replacing it with a 960 pro. I'm thinking about keeping my "old" 950 and running it off an m.2 nvme x4 adapter since my mobo only has one m.2 slot. Will there be any bottleneck in my system w/ the two drives? I keep hearing about "lanes" and there...
The memory modules blink randomly. Is it possible to control this so that it's more coordinated? Or at least have it lit up consistently, as opposed to flashing?

I've just set up a Synology DS216play for some of my media storage and file backup and I'm not too happy with the performance relative to having the HDDs in my tower connected directly via SATA.
First problem was the process of moving my data. It took 18 hours to transfer about 1TB. There were...
I purchased the ROG Spatha a few days ago and have used it for about 10 total hours of Dota 2. I have to say, I'm not liking the mouse so far. Previously, I've been gaming on the same mouse for 5+ years (Logitech G700/s) and can't remember what it was like to make the switch. Can you guys share...
